How far is Rancho Capomo from Puerto Vallarta?
Only about 25 minutes. We offer transportation from convenient pickup points in the hotel zone and from the cruise terminal. You'll be deep in the Sierra Madre jungle before you know it.
Can cruise ship passengers join the tours?
Yes! In most cases we can work with your cruise schedule. We coordinate departure and return times so you never miss your ship. Transportation from the port area is included.
Is lunch really included in every tour?
Yes, absolutely. Every tour includes a full traditional Mexican lunch — carne asada, fajitas, handmade tortillas, guacamole, beans and rice — plus an open bar with national drinks and a cooking class.
When is the best time to see the waterfall?
The waterfall at the Horseback Riding tour flows at its most spectacular during the rainy season, June to October. In the dry season the jungle remains lush and beautiful — the trail is just as impressive.
What are the weight/health restrictions?
Maximum weight is 250 lbs (120 kg). For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with back, neck, heart, balance, or dizziness conditions are restricted from certain activities.
